Support Process Model
Initiation:
The initiation phase involves support team induction to take on a new system.It involves documentation, setting up the support environment, familiarising with the system, and steps to ensure that software fixes can be rapidly migrated to the production environment.
Review & Re-Engineering:
If necessary and helps effective maintenance, re-engineering of the system, testing environment or documentation add-ons can be carried out at this stage.
Regular Maintenance Activity:
Regular Maintenance related activity would be carried out by the support to ensure we offer quick appreciatd response to our client calls.Our team also would be monitoring live works and also backing up online live systems.
We support clients concerns and requests proactively at every phase of development life cycle and also after the completion of the project. We also, extend our support till all the queries from the customer is resolved or addressed.
The Support and Maintenance support are generally based on a system of 'SM Credits' which could be purchased are bought in advance. They can also be based on a fixed price agreement to cover any unexpected problems. We provide free service , 24X7, only for a period as mentioned in the in the project agreement. Added, Customer could extend our service on a paid basis for maintenance and upgradations.
